the red choker wannabe thingy is a high neck undershirt sneaking out of his wool sweater.You see, Oppressive Cousin has serious issues with his 'masculinity', and feels very uncomfortable sporting red or pink colored shirts so blatantly, so he usually chickens out and covers it up with a dark wool sweater. The same way he covers up his sensitivity, and any slither of possible decency, just to appear as the undaunted stud that he isn't.
