One year

It just came to my attention that a few days ago it was "maa7ib-rasmiyaat"'s 1 year birthday!!

I've been blogging for a whole year! Lets see how much longer I can keep this up :D.
This blogging experience has been very interesting ; while I didn't get to become fabulously famous or featured on the MOMA like other bloggers or even managed to get a spectacular writing career out of this blog or have producers or editors inundate my inbox for a movie deal, I did meet some great fascinating friends.
Other noteworthy achievements would include managing to conjure up strange perverted comments from sexually frustrated readers (you know who you are), ranting diatribes by self-righteous preachers (some were less mild than others), humorous scathing remarks as well as unasked and uncared for opinions through email (I am a magnet to these people, they overexist in my real life and then also manage to slip in to my online alter ego :p) and MOST importantly I found an outlet to purge all my raging insecurities and mental issues anonymously (not so much anymore) through cyberspace, and then receive instant interesting and supportive feedback from the fantastic online community.
